Sex, Drugs & Rock and Roll

Had my procedure done on Thursday.  Only a few surprises.

I was taken behind a curtain to a gurney bed by an attractive big mashup of a woman, well-built only starts to describe her.  She handed me a gown and told me to take my clothes off and lay on the bed over to the left side.  So far so good I thought.   When she came back she still had her clothes on.   So much for sex I thought.  Then she proceeded to place a port on my arm for drugs.  So far so good I thought.   Then instead of the magical mystery tour I was wheeled down the corridor, blowing kisses to everyone along the parade route singing “…there’s no business like show business…"
It was a little disappointing because there were so few people along the route.

Now in a different room I was asked to roll over onto my left side and soon felt some hard to define sensations posteriorly.  So much for drugs I thought.

Then, and this was entertaining, I find myself in a big room with others encouraged to play our butt trumpets.  So far so good I thought.  There was a wide range of instruments tooting away.  From a big booming bass to a light hearted alto.   But no Le Petomane or Seiji Matsushita in our group.  So much for rock and roll I thought.

CW came and took me home and I had lunch.

I encourage you to have a colonoscopy, it’s the one way to prevent a form of cancer.

Romney's World

Willard Mitt Romney in the "last" debate seems to get wrapped around the axle of geography.  Here's a remedial lesson for ya bub, and always bring a compass when you travel...........................

Landis

Ok in a vain glorious attempt at recognition by TBV we've added some Landis title and commentary to see if we can register on the wgas scale.

At what point in cases such as Floyd Landis is experiencing does the "justice delayed is justice denied" principle of fairness kick in?

While riding with Heinrich (a historian worth listening to) this morning on our 22 mile Monday Hail, Hardy & Ready for Coffee ride he mentioned that for most of Europe with the exception of England it is guilty until proven innocent. That seems the track that USADA is following from WADA. And why may we all ask since there is a US in the the front of their ADA affiliation?

Ok now let's see if it takes............................
