Had my procedure done on Thursday. Only a few surprises.
I was taken behind a
curtain to a gurney bed by an attractive big mashup of a woman, well-built only
starts to describe her. She handed me a
gown and told me to take my clothes off and lay on the bed over to the left side. So far so good I thought. When
she came back she still had her clothes on.
So much for sex I thought. Then
she proceeded to place a port on my arm for drugs. So far so good I thought. Then instead of the magical mystery tour I
was wheeled down the corridor, blowing kisses to everyone along the parade
route singing “…there’s no business like show business…"
It was a little disappointing because there
were so few people along the route.
Now in a different room I was asked to roll over onto my
left side and soon felt some hard to define sensations posteriorly. So much for drugs I thought.
Then, and this was entertaining, I find myself in a big room
with others encouraged to play our butt trumpets. So far so good I thought. There was a wide range of instruments tooting
away. From a big booming bass to a light
hearted alto. But no Le Petomane or Seiji Matsushita in our group. So much
for rock and roll I thought.
CW came and took me home and I had lunch.
I encourage you to have a colonoscopy, it’s the one way to
prevent a form of cancer.
